Residenza magnifica!Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro della città per la vicinanza ai servizi di collegamento(fermata del bus 63/83 proprio sotto casa) e allo stesso tempo in una zona molto tranquilla per girare la sera.Personale molto attento e disponibile.Esperienza davvero positiva!

Struttura nuova in ottima posizione per raggiungere tutto , con un host gentilissimo che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta . Pulizia impeccabile e camere insonorizzate. Salottino accogliente per tutti e macchina del caffè , bollitore , frigo e microwave a disposizione. Ritorneremo!!!

Muy cómodo, limpio, ordenada habitación. Al llegar te brindan toallas limpias y suaves. La cama es grande y cómoda. Si bien la localización no está en un polo turístico, los colectivos (varios) pasan asiduamente por la puerta y se tardan aproximadamente 20-25 minutos en llegar al centro o a Roma termini.
Joaquín fue siempre muy amable, le estamos agradecidos.
Quizás el único detalle a mejorar es completar con un juego de cubiertos y platos, que servirían para poder cenar más cómodamente allí. Pero lo considero un detalle menor.

De kamer is ruim, splinternieuw (voorzien van smart tv en airco) en supergoed bijgehouden. De guesthouse ligt in een wijk met een rustige, lokale steer waar je al het goeds qua eten van Rome dichtbij hebt, maar dan veel minder druk (en soms lekkerder) dan in de stad. Een warm bad om in terug te komen na een dag in de stad. Je pakt vanaf hier makkelijk de metro (onze favoriet) of bus naar de bezienswaardigheden. De gastheer is betrokken en wilt er zeker van zijn dat zijn gasten een leuke tijd hebben.
Er was niets waardoor we niet nog eens hier zouden verblijven, maar de volgende dingen zijn fijn om te weten op voorhand, zodat je er rekening mee kan houden; de superior kamer ligt direct aan de weg. Wanneer je niet gewend bent dan geluiden van de stad, zorg dan dat je oordoppen bij je hebt (ook verkrijgbaar bij naastgelegen apotheek), de badkamer heeft een boiler (je moet soms dus even geduld hebben voor warm water) en er is geen strijkijzer aanwezig. Ondanks dit zou ik een verblijf hier nog steeds aanraden!
