Privacy, pulizia, accoglienza, vicinanza a un bar pasticceria molto buono per le colazioni, comfort in stanza, massima flessibilità nel check out, cura dei dettagli (fiori freschi in stanza, bibite a disposizione, kit toeletta, ciabatte). La signora Sabrina é stata gentilissima e disponibile da subito, ci ha mostrato la stanza (che era appena stata pulita) lasciandoci la massima libertà sugli spostamenti e la massima indipendenza. L’alloggio é pulito, curato, ci sono tanti comfort che spesso mancano nei migliori hotel. Lo spazio esterno é sicuramente un plus, che nelle serate estive si può sfruttare facilmente.

Sabrina and Simone were both wonderful hosts. Communicated very well with me and was helpful with directions, on trains etc. We enjoyed our room very much, and the near by restaurants and cafés. Close to Rome, just a 15min taxi ride.
The entrance door to to room was a bit tricky to lock. Pillows could have been softer, but thats just my preference.There wasn't much to not like!

La posizione, la stanza, il giardinetto . Stanza e bagno pulitissime ed accoglienti Prodotti per il bagno disponibili, letto comodissimo, televisore, frigorifero con acqua e bevande. Un tavolo esterno, una vera pace! Un angolo di riflessione isolato dal resto del mondo…
