Eritrea Suite

Lovely apartments, perhaps the best we have stayed in in Italy so far. Gianluca is a wonderful host, he explained everything to us and took care of our needs. The room has a very good bed. It has an orthopaedic mattress and pillows that mould to the shape of your body, making it very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and glossy. Perfectly located - just steps from the underground station Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano and the bus stop for the city center and the railway station. We found it more convenient to travel by bus. You can make tea (we liked the orange one :-)) or coffee in the communal area. Excellent Wi-Fi, even two routers. Thank you for everything and we wish Gianluca all the best in his future endeavours!

It is close to a metro station, the rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast "restaurant" is across the street.

When we arrived we were presented with a very big list of breakfast options, but actually we could only choose from two different ones, or at least that is what the people at the restaurant told us, even though we arrived there early. On the second day our towels were changed and we found a handwritten note in the room saying that smoking is not allowed, even though we absolutely did not smoke in the room, and that was very weird. Also, the building is old and has mold in a lot of places, even tough the property is clean and looks new (the property is actually built inside an apartment in the building). In addition, the pillows are horrible, we all left with neck pains.

Clean and comfy room for a great value! The manager Gianluca is excellent and helped us with whatever we needed. The location is right next to a metro station so you can get to Rome attractions very easily

The guest bed was not super comfy. But the king size bed is wonderful

Everything was amazing, very good position for metro station, bus. a very quiet place, comfortable, hospitable people. Thanks for this vacation!
