Location, cosy & comfortable room
There was a continuous smell of smoke coming into the room. Sleeping on the couch was really uncomfortable, and it had a bad odor embedded in it. The shower door was broken; we were told someone would come to fix it, but no one came for four days.

Small studio apartment just around the corner from Cour Saleya. You cannot be more central in Nice. Close to bars and restaurants. 2 supermarkets within minutes of walking. Sleeping couch with really good mattress, kitchenette with all the equipment that you need. Really good bathroom with a massage shower. I will certainly stay here next time I come to Nice.
Especially Saturday the neighborhood will be noisy, but that is the price you have to pay for living so centrally. Missing a power outlet close to the bed.
