I give this place a solid 10/10 — it truly exceeded my expectations! The location was unbeatable — right in the heart of Nice, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful at night. And the cleanliness? Absolutely exceptional. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and felt so well cared for. I really appreciated how much attention was paid to hygiene and detail. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and it made my trip even more enjoyable. The host was also kind and responsive, which added to the overall experience.
The only very minor downside was that the bed was a bit high, so getting on and off wasn’t the easiest. But honestly, that’s just a tiny thing compared to everything else that was amazing.

Noice and hot
There is no air condition. There is one “ thing” which if you want to use, you need to make strange operations and sleep with open window. The area is too noisy and you can not sleep if the window is open. If you close the window you can not sleep because of the heat. So, If you want to sleep- this is not right place.

Super Zentral und sauber
Super Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Sauber und ordentlich.
Wir waren an extrem heißen Tagen dort. Die Klimaanlage hat einen Schlauch der aus dem offenen Fenster geführt wird. Also geht die warme Luft direkt wieder rein. Da man oben schläft staut sich dort die Hitze und es wird stickig.

Ottimo soggiorno
L’appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal mare. L’host è molto disponibile e gentile ti dà tutte le indicazioni necessarie e parla italiano. La casa ha tutto l’occorrente per poter cucinare e i fornelli funzionano bene. PS. Salire a letto non è semplicissimo, la scala è molto ripida.
L’unica cosa da modificare secondo me è la porta, abbastanza difficile da chiudere e non blindata.
