Great location in Nice old town. Excellent communication from the host, and was good for me as arrived late on a flight to Nice airport, so just found keyboxes without the need for someone waiting around.
Noisy outside from around 5am, which you can hear in the apartment.

Kleines Appartement für 1-2 Personen, perfekte Lage in der Altstadt, zum Place Masséna oder zum Strand nur 150m. Leider lief der sehr freundliche Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin nur digital, man ist sich nicht begegnet, was ich schön gefunden hätte - aber so ist das heute eben. Alles war blitzsauber und gut vorbereitet.
Einziger Schwachpunkt des Hauses: die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, das einzigste Drehriegelchen für ein hohes Altbaufenster überlappte nur einen guten Zentimeter und unten blieb ein passabler "Lüftungsschlitz". Gut für frische Luft - ich weiß nicht, wie Franzosen das im Winter handhaben, oder bei starkem Wind...? Weniger geeignet, um Straßenlärm draußen zu halten. Wen das nicht stört hat einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Kultur, Meer, Shopping und Vergnügen aller Arten.

The check in was very easy and the apartment is very central.
The stairs to the bad are very uncomfortable to use, the window isolation is very bad and you can listen to the people in the street all night
