The Hobson Dual Living, close to surf beach and pet friendly

We had a fantastic stay here! We absolutely loved the floor plan, which worked so well for two families staying together. The beds were comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved all the toys and games provided. The property was a great size for a couple of families, with a fantastic yard that was perfect for both the kids and the dogs. It really had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Pool table was definitely a bonus to the stay. We will definitely be checking to see if this place is available first when we visit again. We’d happily stay here again!

Good location and good for gathering with number of families

having both kitchens was great as the older folk opted to stay downstairs and we young-ens climbed the stairs; the house at the end of the cul-de-sac was great for quiet sleep

leaf litter was a bit of OHS danger for older folk and the slope in the garage could have a yellow and black 'warning' paint stripe as it was unexpected

Great property and location. Loved how there were 2 kitchens fridges and living areas. Lots of toys, books, games, dvds and coloring items provided. Quiet street and easy parking.

half of the property has a shortish fence with gaps in between the pailings. This is probably fine for most dogs but ours is quite reactive when it sees other dogs and could easily jump this fence as well. We knew this from the photos in the booking so just kept her on a lead when she went outside so this would only be a problem for anyone with dogs like mine.
