having both kitchens was great as the older folk opted to stay downstairs and we young-ens climbed the stairs; the house at the end of the cul-de-sac was great for quiet sleep
leaf litter was a bit of OHS danger for older folk and the slope in the garage could have a yellow and black 'warning' paint stripe as it was unexpected

half of the property has a shortish fence with gaps in between the pailings. This is probably fine for most dogs but ours is quite reactive when it sees other dogs and could easily jump this fence as well. We knew this from the photos in the booking so just kept her on a lead when she went outside so this would only be a problem for anyone with dogs like mine.

We had a great stay in Inverloch. The house was perfect for our needs. Only a short drive to the beach and town centre and super clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the pool table in the downstairs living area! Maree was a lovely host, super quick to get back to us and let us check in a little early.
Some of the indoor furniture was a little worn out, but was still super comfortable and clean.
