This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Very comfortable and clean condo, kitchen utilities were adequate to cook everything that we wanted. We have not experienced any noise disturbance, the view was really nice from the balcony, we could enjoy the sunset there.An advice for anyone who would like to use a bike: unfortunately my bike lock was cut on the street, so it is recommended to bring your bike upstairs, it is the safer option.Rooftop pool was spectacular, it was never too crowded, we had a really good time here, apartment is five stars.

Overall great stay. Good location near Congress, Rainey st and walking trail areas. Easy to feel at home with extra space and ability to do laundry. Check in was easy. Pool and common spaces were ideal. Only one exposed bulb style lamp for light in the bedroom. Only a few negatives during our week long stay. Floors were not clean and with no mop it took half a roll of paper towels before they weren’t black. Not sure if it was a long term guest or resident who cooked fish every day but the smell filled out condo daily which was not pleasant and it would have been nice to have more light filtering or blackout in the blinds as it gets bright and hot early The condo faces the 35 freeway so quite a bit of noise being on that side but they did have ear plugs on hand. Would def consider staying there again or in another unit in the building

Location was great. Rooftop pool was cool. Room was clean. No surprises with property. Only slight concerns were with highway noise and cleanliness of pool area.

The property was very nice. It started off a little annoying because we showed up at 3:57 for our 4:00 check in and they made us wait in the lobby until exactly 4 to check in. They said, this host is very strict about check-in times”.
The property was very clean and it was located in a great area. We walked everywhere but those walks we usually 5+ miles round trip.
