This place was top notch!! It had everything we needed and was so close to town. Great sunset view and close to the lake. Avantstay has great customer service and replies back to messages promptly. This was a great experience

Very good experience, property as pictured. Response time was great, called about a broken toaster and had a new one in one hour. Would stay again, very walkable location

The property itself was quite dingy and dirty. It was very unclean and unkempt. In the bathroom, one of the sinks didn't work. Many of the lamps don't have lampshades. The walls were dirty and the shades were in disrepair. During our stay, the toilet flushing mechanism broke and had to be replaced. The owners were very prompt in fixing it though.I requested an early check-in a week before our check in and never received a reply. On a positive note, the property is in a great location. Close to the highway and to the Rainey district.
