Very happy with the stay. There appeared to be stains on the carpet/walls, but everything else was as advertised and appropriate. Great place!

Location was great. Wanted to be close to moody for a concert. Vibes were good. Room was clean. View was good also. Only draw back was being next to the high way.

The Natiivo building is conveniently located near Rainey Street. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Valet parking was fine but expensive. The unit needs some attention for issues - the shower leaks and there is a terrible smell. The smell hits you when you walk in and is either from plumbing traps drying out or problematic venting. Toilet smells leak into the entryway.
