8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The property was absolutely stunning. The living room, kitchen and breakfast nook were some of my favorite features of the unit. The view overlooking Lady Bird Lake was gorgeous. Some minor flaws were the top outlets in the bedroom did not work so charging phones in the bedroom did not happen unless we unplugged the lamps. The closet door was also hitting the bed frame since the bedroom was a bit smaller than I thought. The nespresso machine was missing espresso cups so we couldn’t use it, as well as not being able to use the dishwasher since the rinse aid was missing. The washer machine also had a small leak which caused water to leak out once we put a small load in. The staff, especially Ms. Linda was super helpful in getting us what we needed such as extra laundry detergent and being super nice to our fur baby, Sasha. One suggestion would be to allow late check out at 12pm but we understand housekeeping needs to turn the units asap. Overall the property itself was wonderful we will definitely come back!

The views were amazing and the location was central to so many great restaurants. Loved the easy access to the trail along the lake.

Clean, well appointed apartment, with spectacular views, tasteful finishes and elite amenities. Very much enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Natiivo with Vacasa and would happily stay in the same spot again.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel at the last minute due to a death in the family. VRBO was adamant about no refunds even under the circumstances. Very disappointed.
