The entire property on the edge of Sheldon country park with convenient rail and bus public transport links to the City of Birmingham, NEC, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International train station. Convenient for the Jaguar Land Rover Factory and HS2 sites.
21 minutes walk to Marston Green train station, 16 minutes walk to the X1 bus service to the city centre and NEC/Airport for a speedy transfer utilising dedicated bus lanes. Return taxi Fare to and from the NEC for less than a days parking at the shuttle linked NEC parking!

A newly refurbished self-catering house, where you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has all you would come to expect with a fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. Under cabinet lighting to provide an illuminated work space for preparing meals. Table and chairs are also provided in the kitchen area.
The living room offers a settee ready for viewing the 50" wall mounted smart television ready to access your favourite subscriptions for home. WIFI internet access with capability to watch your steaming movies.
This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first upstairs bedroom, you will find a double bed with a side table and table lamp, power points next to each to charge your phone and dimmable mood lighting behind the headboard. A built in wardrobe with space for your travel bag and hanging space to keep those shirts and tops looking crisp.
The second upstairs bedroom you will find double bed with the same comforts as the first bedroom.
An upstairs office space is also provided for those last minute emails on your laptop in comfort. Power point at desk height along with a table lamp. A full length mirror is also provided in addition to other mirrors in the rooms to check you are looking the part before you leave.
The newly refurbished upstairs bathroom features a walk in shower provided with towels, body wash and somewhere to place your toiletries. Toilet and sink which features an illuminated and heated mirror.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
