It was clean, spacious , we had very comfy beds, Towels laid out in each h room. Lovely welcome pack in the kitchen, Tea,coffee,sugar,biscuits,cereal.... Anika was so nice answering messages so quickly.

Good location for NEC or airport. Quiet and felt safe.
It needs some investment such as new frying pans, lock on the toilet door, kitchen and wardrobes could do with upgrade. Freezer needs defrosting and cleaning. One of the dining chairs has a wobbly leg. A coffee machine would be nice too :)

Good location and facilities were really good. Short walk to restaurants near by. Easy to find and the hosts were very engaged. 3 double bedrooms and lots of off-road parking.
