Cozy clean and quiet

We were here for VeXpo 2026 at the NEC, after our previous stay canceled on us unexpectedly. We then discovered this one nearby and were very happy with the outcome. Our group included six people. Very comfy house that's accessible by bus and very close to the airport and NEC, so we also got around with Uber very quickly for acceptable prices. The house itself has pretty much everything we needed. The only thing I brought personally was a hair dryer, since I thought that would be missing, but we discovered one in a drawer on the last day. The kitchen was large with everything you would possibly need and we comfortably spent our breakfasts here. The living room is also very comfy and has a nice TV with a sofa and chairs where we were able to relax on the last day. The bed rooms weren't super large but sizable enough to give us a comfortable stay in 3x2 pairs for the time of the convention. The bath room was also completely fine. Even with a group of six people sharing one bath room, we never had any issues. Shampoo and body wash were also provided. The neighborhood was also very quiet. We did ask for an early check-in that couldnt be accomodated due to previous guests, but the hosts were very helpful and trying to make it work for us, so no complaints there either.

It would be nice to have the check-in be a little later than 10 AM to make the last day a bit more relaxed, but this is a very minor complaint. We did overstay a couple of minutes, due to time stress, but there were no issues from the host side.

It was clean, spacious , we had very comfy beds, Towels laid out in each h room. Lovely welcome pack in the kitchen, Tea,coffee,sugar,biscuits,cereal.... Anika was so nice answering messages so quickly.
