It’s an ok place to stay. We would check for other properties to stay at next time first but this is a good option as we
Good location for NEC or airport. Quiet and felt safe.
It needs some investment such as new frying pans, lock on the toilet door, kitchen and wardrobes could do with upgrade. Freezer needs defrosting and cleaning. One of the dining chairs has a wobbly leg. A coffee machine would be nice too :)

Superb
The house was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet road so we had good nights sleep. My colleague thought his bed was a little too soft for him, but I thought mine was perfect. A great place to stay and would highly recommend.
