About this house rental
Fresh house with a great cozy factor on a horse farm in Kalvenäs in Berga where you can enjoy beautiful surroundings. The house has a lot of space as you can see the beautiful roof that is open up to the ridge with beams. You have a large lovely living room with a spacious sofa in front of the TV. There is a pull-out bed that makes out into a comfortable double bed. Wifi and Apple TV are available. The kitchen is fresh and nice with a nice dining area. There is a steep staircase up to the sleeping loft where you sleep under the ridge in a comfortable double bed. The nice bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The house is located on the farm and you have your own part of the garden with your own nice terrace with lounge furniture. There are swings for the children. On the farm there are horses, cows and a dog. To Gösjön, which has a really nice swimming area with piers, a large diving tower and a kiosk with a service, you have 4km. If you walk or cycle through the forest, it is even closer. You also have a lake at Elsabo Herrgård. On the way to the house you can enjoy the view of beautiful Highland Cattle cows grazing in the pastures. The Jonas Stolts Kyrkväg hiking trail leads past the house for those who want to get some exercise and enjoy nature. In Berga there is the popular Café Tre Århundrade with its homemade fika bread and an antique shop that many travel long distances to visit. There is also a newly opened café at Elsabo Herrgård. There is also a grocery store here. Popular fishing is in Hällesjöarna and Emån where you can buy a fishing license. There are restaurants in Högsby. You are close to Oskarshamn and the coast. You are also close to the Kingdom of Crystal, Kalmar, Öland and Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World.
