About this house rental
The typical red Schwedenhaus was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on a plot of approx. 2000 m² with old fruit trees. The property is protected from both sides by a high hedge and trees. There is a small fence to the street and the adjacent meadow. The outdoor work with wooden terrace, swivel grill with seating around and a swing for children was completed in summer 2019. The house has a baby cot and a high chair and is suitable for families with children as well as for individuals and anglers. On the ground floor there is the living area with a reading room in which there are 2 armchairs, which can also be folded out to lie on. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. The bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a free-standing bed and a sofa bed. There are also children's toys and children's books in this room. The third bedroom is more of a small bedroom, but it is very cozy and bright. The outside window can be opened. It borders on the "master bedroom".
We live only 5 km from the house and speak both German and Swedish! We are available at any time for questions or problems and are happy to assist and advise. We offer the following service: Linen package: 20 euros / person. The laundry package consists of: bed linen / 1 bath towel / 2 normal towels / 1 guest towel / 1 bath mat / 2 tea towels. - Baby bed linen: 10 euros. - 4 bicycles and 2 children's bicycles are available: 10 euros / person. - Rowing boat plus boat trailer: 50 euros / week. The services can be paid on site in cash or by bank transfer.
Approximately The most fish-rich river in Småland, the Emån, flows 50 meters from the property and invites you to go fishing. The quiet place also invites you to extensive forest walks, on which you can find a lot of mushrooms and berries, such as blueberries and cranberries. Rosenfors is very centrally located in Småland and you can take many trips from here, both by bike and by car. So z. B. Elkpark Målilla is only about 5 km away. Or the swimming lake "Lillesjö" with a sandy beach and play facilities for children can be reached in 4 km by a road through the forest. Vimmerby, the birthplace of Astrid Lindgren with the large Astrid Lindgren Park, is just over 30 km away. And Oskarshamn is a good 40 km away on the Baltic Sea. How about a boat trip to the island of Öland from here? Many other excursion destinations can be found in the tourist information that is available in the house. We are looking forward to your visit!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Kinder haben die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten sehr gut genutzt. Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Badestelle am See konnte mit dem Fahrrad gut erreicht werden. Für Familien mit Kindern she zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die uns sogar zum Besuch der Weihnachtskirche abgeholt haben. Die Übergaben erfolgten nach Absprachen reibungslos und wir duften Schweden im Schnee im gemütlichen Häuschen erleben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben im Juli unseren ersten - und mit Sicherheit auch nicht unseren letzten - Urlaub in Schweden verbracht. Die Schaukeln unter den Apfelbäumen, die tolle Pippi Langstrumpf Spielecke im Garten und das rote gemütliche Schwedenhaus waren einfach Schwedenfeeling pur. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super, total gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung von uns.

Zunächst: Der Garten mit der Spielecke ist toll für Kinder und sehr gepflegt. Auch das Kinderzimmer oben war toll. Lage: Leider hört man konstant die Landstraße in der Nähe und die Zuglinie. In der Umgebung sind nicht alle Grundstücke so gepflegt, und zu Fuß konnte man nicht wirklich los. Mit dem Auto kann man in 15min schön im Wald o.ä. sein. Der Elchpark in Smalilla ist toll.
Das Haus ist renoviert, allerdings ist die Einrichtung nicht so hochwertig, z.B. die Küche und Ausstattung. Die Schlafkammer oben war in den kalten Nächten nicht angenehm für unsere Tochter, im Sommer wahrscheinlich ok. Außerdem ist das Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer was nicht in der Beschreibung deutlich war. Oben leider kein Bad.
Ein paar Dinge sind kaputt gegangen, was uns leider von den Vermietern angekreidet wurde (Heizung?!). WLAN hat lange nicht funktioniert trotz vorherigen Absprachen. Zu Beginn war der Kontakt sehr nett, im Anschluss leider sehr beleidigend und aggressiv. Wir kommen hier sicher nicht mehr hin. Wir sind erfahrene Schweden-Urlauber und fanden (abgesehen von den Ärgernissen) dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht passt.
