The apartment was exquisite. From decor to cleanliness, through to details and convenience features (I had a 6 month old and don’t think I mentioned requesting a cot, was very pleasantly surprised finding a travel cot in the wardrobe!). The photos are actually a very accurate repression and it’s just as beautiful as it looks in the ad photos (which in my experience is rare). When we arrived the towels were decoratively placed on the beds much like you’d see in a hotel abroad, and even flowers made out of the edge of the loo rolls. small touches but make all the difference. It’s a really beautiful apartment, extremely spacious, lives up to its luxurious name and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location (for us) was ideal as we were attending an event at the NEC - a mere 10-minute drive from the property. The parking is in an enclosed, barrier operated car park for increased safety, and the building door is also keypad operated. There is also a private balcony with a table and chairs which I imagine would be an incredible space to eat with friends or family (whoever is staying) in the summer. Brilliant apartment and we’ll definitely be returning whenever we need to stay in Birmingham.

I wish we stayed longer! Unfortunately it was only a weekend event so we had one night only; it would’ve been great to make more use of it.

Free parking available on site. Newly decorated with comfortable beds and seating areas. Very clean and felt safe and secure. Clear instructions for access to property. Great range of facilities and spacious for all 6 guests.

There wasn’t enough towels for the number of guests and there didn’t appear to be an ironing board (but found an iron). There also wasn’t enough hot water for a full bath / for washing up.

Everything. Will use all time go that way
