En general todo,buena ubicación y zona con buenos servicios.
Al ser un bajo, está más expuesto a ruidos, también necesita mantenimiento,arreglo de mampara ducha(se salía agua)y el lavabo fijarlo a pared más fuertemente.

Apartamento bien equipado y cómodo.
Sin terminar la estancia, personal de la empresa gestora se personó en el apartamento sin previo aviso mientras estábamos ausentes. Aún estoy esperando una explicación o como mínimo una disculpa. Para rematar, ese mismo día se presentó la policía de madrugada alegando que habían recibido quejas por el ruido del aire acondicionado. Nos despertaron únicamente para comprobar que el aire estaba apagado. Lo que debían haber sido unas vacaciones tranquilas acabaron siendo todo lo contrario.

La salle de bain, les lits, les équipements en général et le prix.
Code d'accès mal indiqué. L''appartement ressemble à un couloir. Loin du centre; 30 minutes à pied ou il faut prendre le bus...Pas de sel, pas d'huile dans la cuisine.
