EXCLUSIVE PENTHOUSE - PUERTA DE JEREZ

Great location! Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and other historical places are in walking distance. Trams and a taxi stand are right outside the building, and the metro is only a few minutes’ walk away. Communication with the host was always clear and prompt, which made everything easy. The apartment is surrounded by plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops, It has lovely views (with one small caveat: see below). Working air con! We watched several Semana Santa processions from the room without having to leave the building, which was such a special experience.

just a few minor things to be aware. the hot water ran out quite quickly (for three people), and the water pressure was on the low side. there’s no washing machine, which we knew when booking. the windows are positioned high, so when you’re seated you mostly see the sky. To see the street and surrounding buildings, you need to stand and lean forward. one of the window handles was loose, which we didnt mind because we were still able to open and close it.

Price ! Too expensive for what offered. No service for storage luggage ! The host offered some options but would of cost additional 30€ to store the luggage for 4-5 hours
