Clean, modern and extremely spacious. It’s so well presented it looks like it could have been the show flat. Good security and parking.
Being on the ground floor and overlooking the carpark, I didn’t like to open the windows, so it might have been difficult in the hot summer. The blinds are genius, being able to open on the top part and keep shut at the bottom, but these also make the flat quite dark without lights on. Very quiet though when the windows are shut.

Modern, clean and well equipped. Parking space and only 5 minute walk to Cheltenham Cricket Festival at Cheltenham College
Requirement to pay a £200 surety bond

The property is outstanding in every way bar one, the bed for us was too small. We are used to King or Queen beds
The master bed is too small and there is no shelf in the shower for soap etc.
