Great location and own parking a huge positive
Some finer touches, no bin bags, no washing up liquid. Radiator hanging off wall.

Location and parking
Front door takes some getting into. Radiator hanging off the wall could do with some decoration. With luxury you normally get a welcome pack, no coffee machine and very basic towels. Only online TV no radio or music facilities 1 x teaspoon, people above are very noisy. I wouldn’t call this luxury
