A/C in one of the rooms were not working properly. Pool access is until 7pm only.. I wish it was later than that

لم يعجبني بان عند الوصول تفاجأت بان الشقه عن طريق شركه والنظام مختلف مما تسبب في ارباكنا وان الاستقبال والموظفين غير ملزومين لخدمتنا ولكن بادروا بالمساعده اتمنى تغير النظام وتكون الشقق الخاصه تابعه للمبنى

Excellent location clean apartment and good facilities pool Gym and splash pad for For Kids. restaurant downstairs also was adequate for our needs

Only minor detailsWe could’ve had a few more coffee sachets, that could be a small table in bedroom two with the two beds close to a plug point for charging of devices.

From the start, I chose to stay at Vida Residences and paid a very high price, expecting a truly luxury experience, high-level service, and a comfortable family stay. I initially booked 9 nights for USD 9,000, then later extended for one more night, making it 10 nights for a total of USD 10,000. I would like to clearly state that the reception staff were excellent, polite, and very helpful. I also truly appreciate that the apartment owner was cooperative and professional — when we discovered the apartment had no heaters, he immediately provided heating units and drinking water, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, the property management and overall service were still disappointing. Despite contacting reception and management multiple times, no apartment cleaning was provided at all during the entire stay. For a residence at this price level, this is unacceptable. For such a high-end property, the amenities were also far below expectations: • No dental kit • Very limited soap, body wash, and shampoo This does not reflect a luxury standard. The apartment size was also misleading. Although I booked a two-bedroom unit, I expected at least 100 m², but the actual size felt closer to 65–70 m², which is very small for this category and price. A major issue was transport and location mapping. The residence is not properly registered or updated on Google Maps, Waze, Careem, or Uber. Because of this, drivers could not find the building, forcing my family and me to waste long periods inside taxis, repeatedly being taken to wrong locations. As a result, I personally lost more than USD 400 in unnecessary taxi rides caused purely by the lack of an accurate location for the property.
