Initially found the layout strange - bathrooms away from bedrooms - but due to low level lighting in the property it worked very well

The whoe package was perfect. Great position great apartment. Very clean , everyone who wants whitby couldn't go wrong here.

Beautiful large 1st floor flat, clean and well equiped with sea views. Big comfortable beds, quiet during our stay even tho its over a pub. Lots of board games. Heating worked well once you know how to work it ;) Shame about the letting agent.
Flat was very cold on arrival (especially bathrooms!) and without hot water plus there was a bad smell in one of the bedrooms - Host & Stay did not respond to our request for help with this so it took a while to work out how to use the 'smart' system and wait for immersion to heat tank. We didnt trace the smell, so opened patio doors to air daily, not ideal! Not sure if Host & Stay is AI as we got robotic answers and were not allowed check in any earlier than 4pm even tho flat had obviously been empty for a while.
