The view, the location, the design and interior of the apartment. Had everything I needed and the bed was v comfortable so slept v well. Look forward to staying again

Sofa bed was advertised as a double but wasn’t big enough for 2 teens (3/4 size bed) so had to go purchase a blow up bed. Maybe penthouse description could advise how many flights of stairs you need to climb. No fan/ aircon available in penthouse through summer months. Glad we brought one with us.

location was excellent with views of the Abbey
just needed a little stool at the dressing table as it was awkward to sit on the bed and do your make up or blowdry your hair.
also needed a cleaning cloth and tea towel but everything else was excellent

Lovely kitchen and living area. Great views of the abbey
The upstairs guests were loud resulting in us getting very little sleep due to banging doors and other loud noises. Our 10 month old baby kept waking up during the night due to the noise.
