The staff was amazing - Kevin and Hein were supper friendly and helpful. It’s probably the cleanest place we stayed at in Phuket
And the panoramic windows are great as well
The only thing - the air conditioning had a smell :(
And the gym was rather small - but that’s not a problem, there are great gyms nearby

Great rooftop pool with beautiful view. Cool little coffee shop right across the street. Place was clean and nice with a washing machine and a drying rack on the (tiny) patio deck. Bed was very firm (uncomfortable) for our taste and extremely squeeky and noisy. Had 2 pillows but 4 are needed.
The bed was not at all comfortable.

Удобное кондо на тихой улице где есть все: и хорошие кафе и магазины и отели и хорошие массажные салоны. Идти до пляжа минут 15, есть тротуары, дорога удобная.
На первый взгляд все чисто и нормально, но в апартаментах был ужасный запах плесени и он не проходил, что бы мы ни делали. Видно, что хозяева не ухаживают за квартиркой: В ванной течь на потолке, плесень в тумбе под телевизором.
На наши просьбы что-то сделать с запахом принесли освежитель воздуха, который, конечно, не помог.
Если бы ни запах, то все было бы хорошо. Уборка раз в три дня, меняют постель и полотенца.
Менеджеры не очень оперативно реагировали на наши просьбы: например, 2 дня ждали, чтобы пришел сантехник и сделал нормальный напор в душе, хотя у друзей в соседних апартаментах от других арендодателей пришел в тот же день.
