Super lage, schönes zimmer

Plugs near bed and sofa, bed was comfy, bathroom was really nice, lots of light, location was gorgeous and handy for travelling to the o2, complimentary chocolates next to the bed were a nice touch, water and tea/coffee making facilities, the video for how to find it was helpful and the owner was there when I arrived

The booking said 'balcony' but it wasn't one you could step out onto, pretty much no soundproofing and the neighbours upstairs were so loud (but luckily only woke me up at 4:30 and 6:30 - could have been a lot worse from the other reviews I have seen!)

I loved the whole lay out. From opening the front door. The deco was very calm loved the floor tiles reminded me of Spain the deco. Once getting to the room at the top. Penthouse. I was welcomed by a sliding door. Nice look but the lock is not very secure and when sliding it, it dose make some noise and if late at night noone wants to be woken by a sliding door. Or because of not a secure lock people’s belongings should be safe. Once in the room the lay out was beautiful and still a lot of space. There was also wrap around windows and double sliding doors onto a balcony. Which was nice a lot of light: so really the only thing is the door.

Well located. Near overground station.

The bathroom was very narrow. Not enough toiletries. Carpet visibly soiled. Room had no heating apart from a very old oil heater that would take ages to warm up. The room door was made of blurry glass which let through the light from the outside. Also room next door was being cleaned before 9am so there was a lot of noises. check out is at 11am so i dont get why they need to clean the rooms so early. Last thing was changing the codes from the doors halfway through our stay.
