Check-in was straightforward and I didn’t experience any technical issues. Don’t be alarmed by the pre-entry info submission. The amenity pack was clean and contained what it said it would. I didn’t use the showers, so I can’t comment on that. Pretty close to the Tokyo Metro station, so you can use a Tokyo Metro 24-hour ticket while you’re staying here. Not too far from the Tenjin-yu onsen, either. You can store luggage here before check-in. The bunk was what I had requested (lower bunk) and it was clean. I was surprised by how late the lights stayed on, but I always bring a sleeping mask to hostels anyway. The toilets and common room were clean. Overall, a cheap and easy no-frills experience. I’d stay again next time I’m in the area.
