La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la playa y de supermercado

No salía agua en la planta de arriba. Muy poca presión de agua.

Es un apartamento muy cómodo para unos días de vacaciones. Al lado de la playa, rodeado de restaurantes, junto a la marina y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La terraza de arriba espectaculares vistas. Muchos libros para aprovechar los ratos perdidos, juegos de mesa y varias botellas de agua en el frigorífico. Muy muy recomendable

La escalera de caracol para subir a la planta de arriba es estrecha y un poco peligrosa si no se lleva cuidado. Pero no tiene muchas más posibilidades

We had a wonderful stay at this authentic duplex in Port Saplaya. It offers excellent value for money and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and even included thoughtful extras like beach umbrellas. Jacobo was an outstanding host, friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We were lucky to be able to check in earlier than planned, and since we left very early in the morning, the check-out process was easy and flexible. The location is fantastic. Alcampo (the French Auchan) is literally just a few meters away, making grocery shopping incredibly convenient. The beach is also only a few steps away, and it was clean and perfect for relaxing. What we especially loved about Port Saplaya is that it feels authentic rather than touristy. There are plenty of locals around, and in many of the restaurants the staff spoke little or no English, which, for us, added to the genuine Spanish atmosphere. Some reviews mention that the area can be a bit noisy. While that's true to some extent, it wasn't an issue for us. We traveled with our 8 month old baby, and we all slept well throughout the nights. Overall, we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, authentic, and great value place to stay.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super und quasi direkt am Strand. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon ist fabelhaft. Es gibt unter dem Apartment komplex viele verschiedene Restaurants und auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum, sowie auch weitere fast food Restaurants. Jedes Zimmer verfügte über ein Klima. Parken konnte man an der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowie auch stets erreichbar.

Die küchenausstattung war etwas veraltet. Man konnte nicht gleichzeitig den Toilettenabfluss tätigen und duschen oder sich die Hände waschen, da das Wasser plötzlich nicht mehr floss. Der Parkplatz war sehr eng und wir kamen mit einem SUV. Es war machbar aber schwierig. Die Terasse im Obergeschoss hatte ein Insektenproblem.
