Apartament jest zlokalizowany kilka minut od ścisłego centrum, w okolicy dużo knajpek, sklepów, targ, duże centrum handlowe. Bliska odległość od głównego placu i atrakcji turystycznych. Tuż obok bar z lokalnymi daniami kuchni albańskiej. W apartamencie jest podstawowe wyposażenie kuchenne, kosmetyki, kapcie dla gości. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni.
Dość trudno zaparkować w ciasnej zastawionej autami uliczce. W sypialni brakuje lampki nocnej, jest bardzo ostre światło, przydałby się też wiatrak, bo klimatyzacja jest w salonie i nie daje rady schłodzić obu pomieszczeń. W kuchni brakowało większego noża i deski do krojenia.

La ubicación fue lo mejor. Cama muy cómoda.
Se notaba que no estaba completamente limpio. Había jabones usados de los huéspedes anteriores. El shampoo disponible estaba súper diluido con agua. El baño fue bastante incómodo. El dispensador de jabón del lavamanos estaba vacío. Había un poco de pelos en las sábanas y se notaba mucho polvo en el suelo. Las instalaciones en general requieren mejoras.
