Family Adventure at Pazar

Basic accommodation but perfect for a short stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything you would need. The location was very central and only a 5 minute walk to Skanderberg Square. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions with photos on how to reach the property.

The host forgot to send the code for the key lockbox next to the apartment so we had to message to get it but in fairness the response was instant so thank you.

Very late check in due to flight delays. Host was very accommodating at 1am. Apartment looked better in person than in pictures, was very clean and had everything needed. Perfect size for 1-2 people. Very good comms with host and they checked in to see whether I needed anything mid way through my stay. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the main sites. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Couldnt find any free viewing on TV. Just stayed elsewhere and same situation so it may be the norm.

Excellent accommodation. The room is smaller, but absolutely ideal for a couple. Everything is beautifully clean, new, the kitchen equipment is more than sufficient, the bathroom and toilet are new and beautiful. There is a hairdryer, washing machine, iron. Very close to everything, literally a few minutes. Nearby is a large department store, groceries, restaurants, cafes, simply everything. All the main sights are so close that you can walk around it in one day :-). The apartment is on the sixth floor, of course there is an elevator. The owner is great, he answers any questions immediately. We had a late flight, we could stay longer than check-out without extra charge. If you are a couple, or with a small child, do not hesitate, for that price I think you will not find anything better in the area. It was simply amazing. Thank you.

The booking process was not easy. I complained to booking.com customer service. I asked for an apartment with a shower. There was a bathtub. I couldn't take a bath. Due to my illness, I can't take a bath in a bathtub. There was no photo of the bathroom. There was no dishwashing liquid. I couldn't wash the dishes. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. The owner doesn't speak English, only his child. They constantly texted me on WhatsApp about when I should leave the accommodation. To leave the key on the table. They texted me early in the morning and in the evening. I didn't have a good impression!
