Clean, comfortable bed, elevator to third floor. Actual location is convenient to most of central Tirana. Air conditioning worked. Wi-Fi worked. We only stayed for one night to go to the airport early the next morning, so can’t speak to how well stocked the kitchen was.

The location on the listing was not the location of the actual property, so we ended up having to take two cabs to get there. Hopefully the owner has changed the listing address because I did mention it to them. Elevator doors will dangerously close on you and not open just because they are smashing your body. Be careful, especially if small kids are entering behind you. Bedroom door handle completely fell off in our hands, and almost broke my partner’s foot in the middle of the night (it’s heavy). Only body wash was provided, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. No face towels either. Owner tried to dodge taxes and this review by asking to cancel the reservation and charge a little less to handle business outside the platform. You can (and should) decline to do that if you decide to stay here.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is very well located near the center of Tirana, making it easy to visit the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana.
