My Home - Entire house in the center of Tirana

Armand, the owner, was really great. Born and raised right there and knows everything you would want to know, and super willing to help out. The location is also spectacular. Right in the center of everything you will want to see in Tirana. No need for a car. You can walk to everything. Great wifi. Air conditioning worked well. Fair price. Parking is available only steps from the house, also for a fair price. Nice, old little neighborhood that, at first glance might feel a little bit “sketchy”, but once you walk around a bit and are in and out of the house, you find out it is very safe and friendly. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you Armand👍🇨🇦

If you drive here, the streets directly around the house are very narrow, one-way and a tiny bit of a maze. You will find it though.

It is walkable to Tirana Castle Bazaar, and the airport shuttle bus stop. Even a woman like me could manage the short distance with a suitcase. Also, the wide space was relaxing and my mother with with weak knees did not need to use stairs or steps because it is a house on the ground. The stone house was cool that we did not need to use AC much. It is also 2 minutes walk to the big shopping mall equipped with Italian supermarket CONAD. I recommend buying Italian proschuito ham because the same products are offered a little cheaper in Albania than in European countries.

Nothing to do with the hosts, but Tirana had been thrown into a protest agains the current prime minister and the Trumsp. I hope Kushner left Tirana alone instead of getting into a shady deal. How can Ivanka entice her friends or even herself to a new rich resort she hopes to build where you cannot flush papers down the toilets? She is too spoiled for that. Does she even know that water is available only a few times per day that the citizens need to install a water storage tank. However, if Ivanka opts to replace the old narrow sewage of entire Tirana, if not Albania, that would be the only silver thread even though RAMA has sold off the part of Tirana which had been protected natural habitat for his personal gain.

Està cèntric però en un carrer apartat.

Li falta manteniment, té parets molt pelades que donen mal aspecte. Els estris de cuina són insuficients per a 3 persones i només hi ha dues cadires. La neteja bastant regular, podria estar molt més net.
