Spacious room, designed nicely, modern feel, big bathroom. Good public transport close by. Tower fan by bed was nice touch and greatly appreciated during the heatwave.
Cups had visible dirt on them, not a big deal though.

The apartment itself is very nice and cozy.
• Overall, the accommodation was quite satisfactory.
• The apartment manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful throughout the stay.
• The location felt a bit unsettling; the building looks more like an industrial facility than accommodation.
• There was no iron or ironing board available, which would have been useful.
• During my three‑day stay, there was no water for half a day on one of the days.
• Information about the water issue was shared only a day in advance; it should have been communicated earlier, ideally before bookings were made.
