Imperium Aquaeductus - 5 min Metro, 8 Pax, 4 BDRM, 2 baths, A-C, park view

Overall the apartment was nice and pretty big. The location is quiet and pretty close to the metro station. It looks very similar to the pictures, which was a plus. It also has two balconies, which was nice :)

We experienced a few issues during our stay. The first one was with the hot water — the staff worked on fixing it for two days and partially resolved it, but the water was either boiling hot or completely cold, nothing in between. We also had a minor complication during check-in with the keys not being in the key box, but it was sorted out after about an hour. The biggest inconvenience was that only one toilet was working, which was quite challenging for a group of eight people :D and we also didn’t get enough duvets, as it was still pretty cold in the night and some people had to sleep under sheets only. I understand that some things are beyond anyone’s control, but overall it was quite unfortunate. I also think that these are things that can be fixed for other guests :)
