Appia96 Apartments

Fantastisch appartement in fijne wijk. Veel ruimte, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vlakbij metrostation, bushaltes, bakker (heerlijke koffie), supermarkt én San Giovanni in Laterano. Binnen drie ruime slaapkamers, waarvan twee aan de binnenplaats en eentje (de grootste) aan de straat. De ramen (lijken nieuw) houden het straatgeluid volledig buiten. De eettafel in de woonkamer heeft een pooltafel in zich verborgen. De woonkamer is groot. Keuken goed uitgerust. Badkamers compleet, in eentje staat een wasmachine. Douche moet je even doorhebben: eerst vol open op warmste stand, daarna koud bijmengen. Het warme water komt via een geiser en kan dus niet opraken (zoals iemand in een review vermeldde), maar je kunt niet in beide badkamers tegelijk douchen. Service is perfect, we waren te laat met het reserveren van een plekje in de parkeergarage om de hoek, maar Raffaella heeft het nog weten te regelen.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, czyste, wszystko działało. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Dodatkowa atrakcja stół do bilarda. W okolicy dużo sklepów i restauracji. Dobra komunikacja z najważniejszymi punktami do zwiedzania.

Lugar lindo, limpo, muito espaçoso, seguro, bem localizado. Fomos muito bem recebidos!

Location is good, about 2 + blocks to the Metro or Tram and a supermarket around the corner. Several restaurants nearby. Apt. is spacious. If you like playing a piano or playing pool then you can. Seating was comfortable. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Bathrooms were modern. Beds were OK but some guests said they were uncomfortable. Sufficient power plugs. Modern windows give good ventilation.

Firstly the owner requires you to register using a Vikey webpage. On the phone this was very bizarre and frustrating and took over one hour to complete. If this Apt had free cancellation I would have canceled it right then. Vikey is equally bizarre at the Apt. There are 2 Vikey Locks ( doorknobs with a keypad ) to gain access to the rental Apt.. Both have a different 10 digit codes to get the door open - every time you want to enter. We were all frustrated by this completely unfriendly process The host was impersonal and even though said they would meet us it didn’t happen. No communication while we were there. We had some injuries, this has never happened before: Bruised shins from bed frames, a cut arm from the very sharp point on a door handle, a gashed head from tripping on a shallow step in bathroom floor. If you want to plug in the toaster and need to pull out another plug, the entire socket falls out of the wall, exposing 220v contacts on the back, Very dangerous, Obvious lack of attention. Comments from our group: Some of the pictures we do not recognize as this apt., most are accurate 3 flights of stairs to climb, but there is a lift on the top two. The hot water is very slow to arrive and flow is negligible in one sink, hence shower did not work well. Apt. seems unfriendly. There were sometimes intermittent thumping noises from upstairs. Only one room had a desk, WiFi was OK but none in end bedroom . All AC units were noisy and the one in the first bedroom would not cool to set temperature. Only 4 seats at kitchen table. Recycle bins not labeled.. Cleanliness was fair. No suitcase stands
