My family of 4 stayed there for 8 nights. Loved the location, just steps from the Metro A. There are 2 supermarkets just around the corner. A post office for best rate money change is about a 5 minute walk. There are 3 mini splits for AC, and they worked great. Beds are comfortable and the showers are modern. Unbelievably good price for the apartment /night stay. I’d stay there again and recommend it to friends.

A friendly owner, hassle-free check-in and check-out, clean rooms with AC, two bathrooms, a minimalist but fully equipped kitchen, an excellent location near the subway for exploring the city in all directions, shops and restaurants just around the corner, and arranged paid indoor parking across the street. I highly recommend it.
It's located right above a public transportation stop—you can really hear a lot of noise, and we kept our shutters closed all the time
