Tidy little house well located to walk into town and to the station. The house has been finished to a good standard - bathroom and kitchen in particular.

Only a couple of things: The beds weren’t comfortable- the twin beds seemed very small and therefore not suitable for our teenage son. The master bedroom needs better curtains to blackout the pelican crossing light / the morning light in general. Appreciate there’s nothing the host can do but be aware that the road isn’t quiet during the week - we were woken up by traffic noise etc, which wasn’t ideal. Being advertised as dog friendly, it was surprising to read that dogs aren’t allowed upstairs. I’ve also not stayed somewhere that says you have to strip the bedsheets etc and empty all the bins. Be aware that you have to top up the pay and display via the app as you can’t park outside the house. Having to unpack the car and walk with the dog was challenging when we arrived and not a welcome start. We decided to grab the car and park outside the house as there was a gap as walking for 10 mins with a lot of stuff to carry and with the dog wasn’t feasible. I don’t think this was mentioned on the description of the property - which is disappointing
