The property is a 10, but sadly the experience their was a 7. There’s ongoing construction work 7 days a week starting from 9am -5pm. The staff were super helpful especially Budi but sadly when you can’t enjoy the place due to excessive noise it took from the experience
So the complex has just started the 2nd phase of construction meaning for the next few months it’s going to be loud noises everyday (yes Saturday’s and Sundays also) we flew from Ireland to Bali for a holiday and normally I’m easy going but this excessive noise was off putting. It’s a shame as the property has the potential to be a 10 once construction is completed - had I known in advance I’d have booked elsewhere

Отключается вода и электричество. На одну ночь нас переселяли в другую виллу. Готовить на вилле почти нельзя, там только ковш. Рядом ночной клуб, поэтому до 3:30 спать не получится.

Tout était incroyable. C’était beau et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est parfait, il y a la plage, bar et resto à côté. Le personnel est au petit soin.

The Villa is modern. The Host, Budi, sent his welcoming whatsapp one day before. We stayed in the two bedrooms villa. The bedroom is spacious, and the sunken living room is great. Bathroom is clean. The bridge to one of the bedroom is cute. Parking is easy and private. Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking stuff and a microwave.
Nightclub right next door that started banging from 8 pm to 3-4 am followed by construction sound on left of the villa during the day. Never been staying in uluwatu, did not realized that it took at least one hour to get in and out from uluwatu/jimbaran. Heavy traffic but moving. Really the place for the youngies who like the night life, not for families or oldies! No toilet downstairs. A long walk around to go to the beach. You definitely need a car to get to this place. The pool is cold.
