The apartment was spacious, clean and had a good view of the city

Incorrect information provided regarding access to car park. The photo showing car park entrance was for another building. I wasted about one and a half hours trying to get into the correct car park. Incorrect information provided on the location of the car park space. Was told it is on level B3, when in fact, it is located on B2. On arrival another vehicle was already parked in my designated space. The lack of assistance, given my issues getting into car park, was extremely frustrating. The fact no one was readily available to offer assistance caused unnecessary stress, as I was wondering if I would actually get access to the car park. Not being familiar with the area, I would not know of any location to park my car. There was no street parking available in the immediate area. Oh yes, my car was blocked the next morning as I must have parked in someone else’s designated parking space, after my designated parking space was already filled. The whole process of getting into the car park and locating my designated car park space was an absolute farce. By the time I did actually get into the apartment I was very stressed and frustrated….because of the aforementioned issues…..not a great start to a my stay.
