Communication was very easy and fast. We came from Brisbane to Sydney for three nights and the location was excellent and made getting around very easy. We felt comfortable and at home during our entire stay, and everything was just as described in the listing. The property was spacious, well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. It was especially nice to have a comfortable place to come back to after busy days exploring and spending time with family.

Large property with plenty of space. Good location.
Our stay was ok. However, to improve, I note the following:
The photos showed a tumble dryer, but there wasn’t one in the property. This was disappointing as we were attending a swim meet at SOPAC and would like to have washed and dried towels.
For the size of the property, there could be a dishwasher and more plates, cooking utensils.
One of the showers was missing a shower panel, meaning water went all over the bathroom floor.
My bed was very, very hard meaning it wasn’t very comfortable.
I wasn’t aware of the $500 holding bond until the day before we arrived. Then to receive a request for this via SMS was unsettling.
For similar properties of the same price it wasn’t quite as good as it could be, but has plenty of potential with the additions mentioned.
