Mezza Residences

We arrived in Manila on the overnight ferry from Coron and our host, Analyn accommodated our schedule and arranged to meet us at the property for an early check-in. We were greeted warmly and  shown around the property. All of our questions were answered and the apartment was perfect for us.  We had just spent 2 weeks eating in restaurants and were happy to see the fully equipped kitchen where we would be able to make healthier meals. When we needed anything or had any more questions, Analyn was quick to respond and we felt very well taken care of. The building is very secure and safe. There's a 24-hour staffed reception and a doorman.  The photos accurately reflect the property. The pool was wonderfully long so that you could swim laps. There was a small daily charge for the use of the pool, but only if you actually get into the water. There's no charge to lounge around the beautiful pool area. The apartment is on the 34th floor and there were wonderful views of Manila out the bedroom and living room windows. I would definitely recommend this property to others who visit Manila!

There was nothing not to like!

Lyn was very wholesome and accommodating. She went over and beyond what is expected of a host. She gave special consideration bec the occupants (my sister and her husband) were in their 70s and my sister was recuperating from surgery and found it difficult to move around. Analyn voluntarily offered help and it was very much appreciated. Ive been using booking.com in all my travels and she is the best host I had interacted with so far. My sister was very satisfied bec the location was perfect for their UERM alumni reunion and it had everything they needed. The host Analyn was the perfect host. The unit can accommodate both small and bigger groups bec it is a 3-BR unit.

Because my sister had a lot of contraptions, a walker and a motorized wheelchair of sorts, the bedroom a bit cramped for their needs. This is beyond the host's control and more of a building design issue.

Cleanliness, location close to small shops and sm sta mesa mall, communication with the host and affordability.

I had such a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating and even took the time to show me around the space so I knew where everything was. She replies really fast and was always ready to help with anything I needed. The unit is fully furnished—you pretty much have everything you need, from kitchen essentials to toiletries, which made the stay super convenient. The place also has a beautiful view of Manila, especially at night. The location is great and accessible to restaurants, malls, and transport options. The building feels safe and secure, with friendly staff and smooth check-in. The space itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, perfect for both short and long stays.
