Redenza Suites Makati

The location of the property was very good. Felt like we in the middle of it all but without too much hustle and bustle as during the night they close the street limiting how much traffic flows through to just the residence in the area

Unfortunately there were quite a few issues with communication with some of the staff not understanding what we were trying to say. We were also made to pay in advance when we arrive we’re usually you are made to pay at the end of your stay. There was also an air conditioner leak in our room but it was next to a drain in the kitchen area and seemed to be sorted the next day. Also one other thing to note, they allow pets and a guest on the floor above left a very yappy dog till late at night so we weren’t able to get a good sleep because the dog kept barking till about 12am

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful (especially Yuwan), the room was very clean, there's no TV though on the first two nights I stayed, but that's just a small issue. The accommodation was very comfortable. When I first stepped into the room, I thought I was entering one of the games from Squid Game(haha). The designs were unique and eye-catching. Very interesting. Love it!

The room was nice. Staff was nice, polite and helpful.

Initially, the room I got wasn't what was mentioned in the pictures. The host uploaded misleading information and pictures of the room which took me by surprise when I entered the room. I am not sure if the host has rectified this now or if its still incorrect information of the room being shown on website. I had to have a long discussion with the host who did resolve this matter. In the end, I did get the room which was shown in the advertisement.

No towels. Lots of mosquitoes. Dirty water from the tap.It was smelly in the room.u
