    I always experiencing this after 8months staying, New Manager & Supervisor not having other options w/ my concerns here. Very disappointed.

    As a 8 months staying at the property, New Manager Chris and Supervisor Gail, always following me up with my booking. It also alarms me that Manager needs to wake me up 5pm for my booking. Very poor communication for both OIC. This was my first time to experience this. Supervisor is not answering for my concerns as well.

    Cr smell like pee and room smells like smoke and has rat poop. The staffs are great tho, but you have to improve your cleanliness.. and the noise outside is annoying
