    My husband and I stayed here on September 19, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon check-in, the manager informed us that the room we originally booked had a leak. We were transferred to a room with bunk beds, even though there were only two of us. We requested another room and were told that the only available option was a Deluxe Double, which was a downgrade from our original booking. We agreed because we just wanted to settle in and rest. Unfortunately, after only about an hour in the replacement room, we noticed that the indoor air conditioner was leaking as well. Upon further inspection, we also discovered **visible mold on the ceiling**. Because of the mold and our concerns about the potential health risks, we no longer felt safe staying in the room. We ultimately had to **check out after only about an hour**. We have videos documenting the leaking air conditioner and the mold on the ceiling, which we are willing to provide as proof. It was extremely disappointing to experience multiple room issues after already being given a downgraded room. We were unable to properly enjoy our stay and had to leave because we did not feel comfortable or safe remaining in the room. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues. Given what happened, we also believe a **full refund or appropriate compensation** would be a fair resolution.
