Great hotel, though looks a little dated. Only stayed 1 night as passing through Manila. The entrance to the bar is unique, good luck finding your way in without someone showing you.

My stay was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good. However, the service was disappointing.
The service was disappointing. Checkout took a very long time due to a long queue, and the staff were not very helpful. The biggest issue was that the hotel refused to provide an invoice for my stay because I booked through Booking.com rather than directly with them. Even Booking.com support tried to contact the hotel, but I still never received the invoice. This was very frustrating.
