    Feel relaxed whenever you open your eyes because you will immediately see all these wonderful creatures swimming and floating beside your bed. A large aquarium to ease your tired body after a long days activity

    Was quite disappointed because we didn't got the room with a tub that we paid for. Didn't bother to change rooms as we already waited 1.5 hrs waiting at the lounge to be checked in. For the breakfast buffet, food is so so -- understandable for the price, but the tables are unkempt and moist. The restaurant was dark surprisingly dark and the buffet table is so messy. Even the utensils at the table were all over the place, very unsanitary. A designated staff would've been great so that someone can maintain the buffet table. As for the glass doors for the comfort and bath room, it would be great to cover them with a frosted wallpaper for privacy. A staff explained that it's really like that because it's a family hotel, but I strongly believe that even families need privacy. Another incident we had is when we dined at Ramentaco 99. We almost finished our ramen when my husband saw a small cockroach in his bowl :( Told the staff about it then apologized and offered to change his food. We didn't take the replacement as we believe that their whole storage is already compromised. They instead offer to refund his order (just my husband's bowl btw. we ordered 3 ramen bowls, 2 don, and 1 takoyaki). Overall, we still (kinda) enjoyed our stay because the kids were thrilled on the pool park but it's just sad that the hotel wasn't able to properly maintain the establishment.
