The residence is spacious. For our family of 6 people, it was awesome, with a big living room, bath room and kitchen. There is an AC for each room. It’s well located close to bus, tram and metro, and not far from Shinjuku.

The projector was a big bonus. 3 rooms and beds were very comfartable.
Its not very close to the metro station. Its takes 10-12 mins to reach the station.

The location is great and there is a lot of space (3 bedrooms)
Ease of getting into the property and the owner not trying to collect additional rent, when we were not late in checking out. I think the owner needs to make it easier for guests to enter and exit the property.

Room spare is bigger. Bathroom is big.
The bedding had an unpleasant smell and appeared not to have been properly washed or changed before our arrival. The towels were damp and also smelled bad. In addition, the landlord came to the house without any prior notice shortly after we checked in at 4:00 PM, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. The cookware was in terrible condition and unsuitable for use, especially for anyone concerned about hygiene and health. One room has no open windows.Only a glass cannot open. The lights come through during sleeping time.
