Estaba tan cómodo y limpio que decidimos un día quedarnos a descansar en vez de salir. Muy atento el personal y el área sumamente tranquila. El super estaba relativamente cerca y algunos restaurantes lo cual facilito nuestra estancia.

Realmente no hubo algo que nos incomodara. Todo estuvo muy bien. Solo una estación de tren nos quedó a 15 minutos caminando, que con muchas maletas fue algo complicado .

After a not-so-great stay in Osaka, we were a bit worried about this Tokyo apartment, but the beautiful, clean and peaceful streets made us feel good even before arriving. The area felt quiet, elegant and high-end, with luxury apartment buildings around, even if it is not one of Tokyo’s most famous neighborhoods. The building entrance was spacious and stylish, and the elevator was comfortable enough for 3 people and a stroller. When we opened the apartment door, there was a lovely fresh and clean smell. The apartment has two good-sized bedrooms, both with walk-in closet where we could easily open and organize our suitcases. One room has two double beds, the other has one single and one double bed. The room with two double beds was a little tight, but still fine. The beds were very clean, fluffy and comfortable, which felt amazing after our Osaka experience. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room made the stay even more comfortable. The living room and kitchen were very spacious, so our family could relax, talk about the day and plan the next one. The projector TV was also a nice bonus. The bathroom was large, stylish and spotless, with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We did not cook much, but the kitchen looked fully equipped and very clean. The apartment felt high quality overall; the floors were quiet, and we never heard noise from the street or other apartments. The host was also very responsive and replied within a few minutes. The only small point is that convenience stores are not right next door; the nearest FamilyMart/Lawson/7-Eleven is around 500 meters away, so it is better to buy what you need on the way back. However, Denny’s is very close, around 1.5–2 minutes away, and we had breakfast there several times. Overall, we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

There was honestly nothing we really disliked about this apartment, but I can still mention a few small points. Of course, every good place can have a downside. This apartment is a bit far from Takadanobaba Station. It takes around 10 minutes to walk there. During our stay, it rained for one day, and although the weather was still warm, I think walking this distance could be quite annoying on very rainy and cold days. Mejiro Station is also more or less the same distance from the apartment. Convenience stores are also a little far from the apartment. As I mentioned in my positive comments, the nearest convenience store is probably around 5–6 minutes away. Since we get used to seeing convenience stores on almost every corner in Japan, this distance feels a little far :) The only real downside of the apartment was that there was no vacuum cleaner. For stays like ours, around 7 days, you sometimes want to quickly vacuum the place to get rid of dust and small bits on the floor. I think adding a vacuum cleaner would be a nice improvement for such a beautiful apartment.
