Great location for exploring Suffolk.
Lovely property.
Provided milk, tea, coffee and even biscuits, crisps and fruit.
Free parking in front of property.
Walking distance to couple of lovely local pubs.
Very close to lovely village of Dedham with more nice pubs, coffee shops and opportunity to spend time rowing on the river.
There was some road noise but as it is a street house / village cottage on the road side this was expected.
I knew this before arriving so did not spoil my stay.
No noise from neighbours.
