This three-level, Mediterranean-style home is located on the north end of downtown Oceanside, just two blocks from the beach. Take morning runs along The Strand a quarter-mile west, spend your days strolling on Oceanside Pier or through the California Surf Museum half a mile south, and end the evening with a delicious Double-Double at In-N-Out Burger a quarter-mile north.
The living space is full of thoughtful updates, from the granite and cherry wood in the kitchen to the Spanish tile and plush carpeting throughout. Come home from a sun-splashed day on the sand to unwind in the partial air-conditioning, take a long soak in the jetted tub, and curl up on the sectional sofa with a book, a board game, or a cocktail from the wet bar.

This is a very nice house in a great location - walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside. Bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. There were no garage remotes when we checked in, and the property manager brought two openers promptly.

Everything is wonderful more than what we expected very beautiful home. There is plenty of room for everyone. Quiet area close to beaches and downtown. Thursday downtown market was great, and only 3 blocks away.

Very close toPappys so we could stop and get soda and ice for our all day at the beach. Walking distance to so many places and a Starbucks around the corner. Plenty of bathrooms. Quiet little neighborhood.
