The 2,898-square-foot floor plan features a dreamy main suite with a private balcony and a jetted garden tub. Head to the loft to find a well-equipped office, a comfy sleeper sofa, and an impressive TV with an Xbox 360.

Gather for movie night in the living room, where there's plenty of plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a 60-inch smart TV with a DVD player. The airy loft features a 50-inch TV with an Xbox 360. A guitar and telescope add to the appeal. Fix favorite vacation meals in the gourmet kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and four-door fridge. The gorgeous tile backsplash complements a large stretch of glossy granite counter space. Three can perch at the granite kitchen island while dinner simmers. When your culinary masterpiece is ready, gather at a handsome wood table seating six. Make yourself at home in the serene main suite, where you curl up in a stately bed while you watch a movie on the 52-inch TV. The en suite main bathroom boasts a jetted tub and a walk-in shower, plus a double vanity and water closet. Step onto the private master balcony to share morning coffee at a bistro table.

Enjoy alfresco meals on the rooftop balcony at a table for four. This breezy perch offers inspiring views of the Pacific, a grill for cooking, and plenty of furniture for relaxing. The spacious patio and the main balcony offer more space to soak up the California sun.

Westwood House is four blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance of delicious soul food, Italian fare, and fresh seafood. Family fun awaits at LEGOLAND (eight miles), and downtown San Diego is just over an hour away by car. Find the San Luis Rey River Trail in 0.2 miles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
