Older but nice place in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

For us the place was great. We are seasoned Florida visitors. Cocoa Beach is a fantastic central location for getting to the hot tourist places. But our needs are much simpler. The location is great for being on the beach for sunrise. Beachside rocket launches. A nice pool to relax in when the waves were to big. It was a very comfortable stay with a great comfortable place

older condo at the beach, not the Hyatt but for a laid-back beach vacation it's ideal. All as advertised, everything you need. And again the beach is perfect, hard to get my granddaughters out of the water and off the beach. Bring plenty of sun screen.
